Good food with the taste of Miami People.

Local makers set up tables next to the trucks.
Seven standards you can hold us to, from the first night forward:
Magic City is building its track record in real time, and we represent it honestly. We do not quote inflated attendance figures or borrow another festival's metrics to sell spots. You get an unvarnished assessment before you book: confirmed marketing reach, realistic foot-traffic projections, and any active variables. Post-event, we share verified turnout numbers so you always decide on facts.
You will never be held hostage at an underperforming lot. If verified foot traffic falls below 50% of projected turnout within the first 60 minutes of service, check in with the on-site event coordinator and you are free to pack up and exit. No penalties, no future blacklisting, and 100% of your participation fee applies as a credit toward any open date on the calendar within 90 days.
Exactly two reserve trucks remain on call per event. If an assigned truck faces a mechanical breakdown or emergency, our reserves step in. The lineup stays complete, the crowd stays served, and we never oversaturate the lot in advance to protect our margins at your expense.
We strictly cap total truck counts based on crowd size (a target ratio of roughly 1 truck per 200 to 300 expected attendees) and enforce menu exclusivity. You will never be parked beside an identical cuisine. Before you send payment, you receive the full lineup roster and confirmed menus.
Every booking carries clear, agreed terms upfront, whether it is an all-inclusive flat spot fee or a stated sales percentage model for high-traffic dates. No mandatory electric surcharges, no unexpected trash fines, and no mystery deductions from your payout. You will always know the exact financial structure before you confirm your spot.
Permitting, municipal site approvals, parking flow, waste management, and targeted hyper-local promotion are completely our responsibility. You will see active digital ads and community campaigns live before the event date. Packing the venue is our job, not yours.
When private or institutional clients request a charitable component for a specific event, trucks agree to contribute a pre-established share of sales to the designated nonprofit partner. We clearly state these requirements before booking, verify that funds reach the organization directly, and document the community impact on our public channels.
Three non-negotiable rules required to protect every truck on the lot and maintain site safety:
Active state mobile food dispensing license and a Certificate of Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 general liability) listing Magic City Food Truck Events as an additional insured, submitted and verified 72 hours prior to load-in.
Arrive during designated load-in windows (minimum 60 minutes before gates open) and remain parked until service concludes, unless activating the Walk-Away Guarantee with on-site staff.
Maintain a sanitary service area during the event, place heavy grease mats beneath cooking equipment, and leave your designated footprint free of debris and greywater.
Offering at least one $5 item and one $10 item with generous portions captures price-sensitive families, speeds up group decisions, and significantly lifts aggregate ticket volume.
Holding your top 1 or 2 bestsellers at safe serving temperatures during initial peak hours keeps lines moving, lowers walk-away rates, and gives your cook station breathing room for custom tickets.
Position large, clear menu boards or the provided Magic City feature card where guests in line can review options before reaching the ordering window.
Earn a $100 credit toward your next booking fee for every licensed food truck you introduce that completes onboarding and serves their first event with us.
